❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at theloyalpaw.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number (if available)
We’ll work with our supplier to:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund — whichever you prefer
You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing
- Personalization errors submitted at checkout
